I grew up in Miami. First generation Cuban American to two wonderful parents.

They encouraged me to dream and to live in pursuit of those dreams. I’m grateful.

I received a BFA in Acting from Florida State University. Spent a lifetime dancing. I’ve had a beautiful almost 20 year career on Broadway, doing 1st National Tours and regional work. It’s been one of the great joys of my life.

My Broadway debut was with ON YOUR FEET! It was the realization of my childhood dreams and unique in that we were the largest Latin company on a Broadway stage, ever. Going to work felt like coming home.

Currently, I’m dancing with BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB on BWAY as a Vacation Swing. I continue to work with MOULIN ROUGE (1st National tour) as an Associate Choreographer.

In 2020, I pursued my 200 hour yoga teacher training and fell in love with it during the pandemic. A time that was so incredibly difficult became the planting of a seed. I witnessed myself creating community, learning to hold space for people’s experience and learning value of getting ourselves integrated and embodied. We live so much in our heads and sometimes need pathways back to our deeper sense of ourselves.

In 2025, I received by 300 hour yoga training through the Sacred Fig. I’m now a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. I will be Mentoring in Bali with them in February 2026. I continue to learn so much from these teachers.

I am a Certified Coach in the BECOMING YOU METHOD— developed by Dr Suzy Welch as a way to excavate our values, discover our aptitudes and weave them together to find purposeful work. The Values Bridge, in particular, I find to be a compass we can use in making life decisions. I intend to work primarily with artists navigating a creative career.

I write a monthly essay on Substack— a place to navigate grief and love and resilience.

Last but certainly not least, February 2026 begins my journey working towards a MASTERS in Integrative Psychology.
