A bit about me…
I grew up in Miami, FL.
First generation Cuban American to two wonderful parents who encouraged me to dream big. I’m grateful.
Post pandemic I’ve experienced a lot of loss— and while grief is not an easy companion, I have found that engaging with grief has changed the way I’m living my life.
I feel deeper sensitivity to what it is to be human and have this one messy complicated wonderful experience called a life.
I hope to create rooms where embodiment is part of the recipe. Whether its cooking, teaching yoga, rehearsing for a Broadway show or leading workshops—
I am curious about how we can continue to find ourselves in the present moment as authentically and generously as we can.
This is where all the magic is.
