A bit about me…

I grew up in Miami, FL.

First generation Cuban American to two wonderful parents who encouraged me to dream big. I’m grateful.

Post pandemic I’ve experienced a lot of loss— and while grief is not an easy companion, I have found that engaging with grief has changed the way I’m living my life.

I feel deeper sensitivity to what it is to be human and have this one messy complicated wonderful experience called a life.

I hope to create rooms where embodiment is part of the recipe. Whether its cooking, teaching yoga, rehearsing for a Broadway show or leading workshops—

I am curious about how we can continue to find ourselves in the present moment as authentically and generously as we can.

This is where all the magic is.

A little more about how I spend my time below:

Currently, I’m dancing on Broadway in BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB. I also work as an Associate Choreographer with the MOULIN ROUGE 1st National Tour.

I am a 700 hour registered yoga teacher.

I am a Certified Coach in the BECOMING YOU METHOD developed by Dr Suzy Welch. This works is about excavating our values in order to live a life our own design.

I write a monthly essay on Substack— a place to navigate grief and love and resilience.

2026 begins my journey working towards a MASTERS in Integrative Psychology.

I am based in Brooklyn, NY where I live with my two dogs— Bear and Bean.
